President and CEO

Janet Miles-Bartee serves as President and CEO of LINC, bringing more than two decades of dedicated service to children, families, and communities across the region. Since joining LINC in 2000, she has solidified her reputation as a results-driven leader with deep expertise in education and community-based programming.

As President and CEO, she now leads one of the region’s most comprehensive social services networks, encompassing workforce development, child and teen success, and family engagement, all embedded in the flagship Caring Communities model. Her leadership has been widely recognized and respected at the highest levels, earning commendations from the Governor of Missouri, the Mayor of Kansas City, state legislators, faith leaders, and public sector executives.

She is more than an advocate—she is a trusted ally and enduring presence in the lives of the families across LINC’s neighborhoods.
